Introduction

GhostMarket is a fully non-custodial NFT marketplace, powered by smart contracts on each integrated blockchain. GhostMarket features an intuitive self-minting platform, providing fast and efficient minting and listing of artworks.

The self-minting platform allows artists and developers to create NFTs and control the royalty percentage, attributes, locked content, and more. NFT collectors and casual buyers can filter and sort the available listings from multiple blockchains to find, then purchase their next masterpiece.

How to create your NFT

With GhostMarket’s integration of the Binance Smart Chain, Neo N3, Phantasma, Polygon and Avalanche blockchains, with more upcoming, creators are now free to choose where they mint their NFTs.

GhostMarket supports the following NFT token standards

• BSC: GHOST (BEP-721) and GHOST (BEP-1155)

• Neo N3: GHOST (NEP-11)

• Phantasma: GHOST (PEPE-12)

• Polygon: GHOST (ERC-721) and GHOST (ERC-1155)

• Avalanche: GHOST (ERC-721) and GHOST (ERC-1155)

Keep in mind that once you’ve chosen a blockchain, you’ll need to pay for transactions using its native token.

GhostMarket’s Create NFT page allows users to creating NFTs on any of the integrated blockchains.

1. Click Create in the navigation bar to take you to the NFT creation page.

2. Upload your file — this should be less than 50MB in size and can be any one of the following types: webp, mp4, png, jpg, jpeg, gif or svg.

3. Give your NFT a name, description and select a type (art, music, game, book etc.).

Tip: Click on the ‘i’ next to the field name to get more information about the field and its defaults.

GhostMarket’s Create NFT page also allows creators to set royalties, asset infusion, price and more.

Control your NFT by setting royalty percentages, infusing other assets, setting your desired price, choosing whether to list directly and even giving it exclusive locked content only the owner can access.

4. Royalties: set the Royalty percentage. You will receive this percentage each time the NFT is resold.

5. Quantity, Max Supply: Enter the number of NFTs to mint now (default is 1), also optionally enter the maximum supply that can ever be created.

6. Infusion — Available for Phantasma only.

To infuse your NFT click on Infuse NFT with Asset and choose how much and which asset you want to infuse. (SOUL, KCAL, etc). When you first mint an NFT you can only infuse it with fungible tokens. To infuse your NFT with another NFT, first mint your NFT then click the NFT and go to the Infusion Section.

7. Marketplace Listing — For Phantasma only.

Click on Marketplace Listing and set your price and the asset to receive payment in (BNB, ETH, SOUL, NEO, etc).

All other blockchains, you should first mint your NFT, then list it.

8. To embed exclusive content, click on Locked Content and fill the locked content field. Locked Content is a URL or code that only the NFT owner has access to.

9. After reviewing your settings, click Confirm Mint to mint your smart NFT. Approve the transaction on your connected wallet to complete the process.

Selling your NFTs

1. Click on your profile icon to bring out the side menu choose “My NFTs”

Choose the NFT you want to put up for sale.

To auction your NFT on the marketplace click “Auction NFT”

Click Auction NFT and choose the auction type you want. GhostMarket offers the following auction types: Classic, Reserve and Dutch. Or click Sell NFT to list and sell your NFT at a fixed price.

2. — Auction Types (depending on what chain you use)

Classic (Phantasma, Neo N3) — Classic auctions are traditional auctions with a starting price, a start date, and an end date. The highest bidder wins the auction. An extension period can be set to extend the auction when receiving bids in the last minutes.

Reserve (Phantasma, Neo N3) — Reserve auctions only have a starting price. Once someone bids at least higher or equal to the starting price, a 24 hours auction starts, after which the highest bidder wins the auction. An extension period can be set to extend the auction when receiving bids in the last minutes.

Dutch (Phantasma, Neo N3) — Dutch auctions have a starting price, an end price, a start date, and an end date. The price decreases over time during the period from the starting price to the end price. The first bid wins the auction. It can be scheduled to start at a later date. Dutch auctions can be canceled before the start date — a maximum of 30 days.

GhostMarket also supports listing and selling your NFTs at a fixed price. The fixed price format allows you to sell your items instantly, buyers can purchase your items immediately — no bidding or waiting. (Available on Phantasma, Neo N3, BSC, Polygon and Avalanche)

3. — Extension Period

If a bid is received before the auction ends, the auction is extended by the selected extra timeframe. This helps eliminate sniping and makes the auction fairer for all users.

In addition, GhostMarket gives users the option to sell several items at once in a bulk listing, this is done via a cart system.

GhostMarket charges a 2% trading fee on top of the selling price, and is paid by buyer.
