Introduction

Binopoly is a play-to-earn capital operation game powered by blockchain technology, with integrated real-world geography inside a game world. Consisting of 7 continents and 195 countries, each continent has one piece of public land providing new players materials necessary to begin building their world. Over time, Binopoly will open additional cities and private land plots (maximum 6 private land plots per city) to allow players the opportunity to expand their economic empire.

In Binopoly, players can accumulate primary resources from mines, timber mills and farms etc., and process these resources in factories to obtain building materials. Certain combinations and amounts of building materials will produce varying levels/types of properties.

Constructing property on a land plot within a continent will generate rent for the owner (similar to crypto-mining or yield farming in blockchain). Property can also be traded for profit. Strategic players can even monopolize whole industries of primary materials, building materials, lands, or factories to haul massive returns with various business tactics.

The world of Binopoly offers players maximal gameplay freedom. Players may upgrade their properties or factories to maximize profits and landowners have the final say over the usage of their land. Landowners can thereby control whether other players are allowed to build properties or mine on their land slots, and may impose tax rates which cannot exceed 10%.

Binopoly has also provides players with a wealth of advanced financial tools for capital operations. If players aren’t drawn to solo gameplay and becoming a lone hero, they may choose to find teammates, combine forces, and start a consortium to collectively build an economic empire! Multiplayer alliances will provide players a game experience distinctively unique in game-fi, perhaps another charm to the already abundant appeals of Binopoly.

Game Tokens

Binopoly has two types of currency used for in-game trades and transactions.

• BINO

• USDBI

BINO are tokens mined from within the Binopoly world, with 2 billion set to be available. Apart from seed rounds, mystery boxes, community events and other allocation of BINO, 75% of all Bino will be "buried" in the Binopoly world for anybody to mine. During Binopoly’s early stages, the game will only provide Bino as the obtainable currency; as the first update goes live, players can then mint USDBI using Bino.

USDBI is Binopoly’s stable-coin, pegged to the value of USD at a 1:1 ratio.

Raw Material Collection

At the beginning of the game, players need to go to different primary workshops ( Clay Ore, forest farm, quarry, Quartz mine, Iron Ore) to farm corresponding primary materials in one of the three following ways:

1. Players who already hold Bino may simply begin farming primary materials by staking it to various primary workshops.

2. Players who do not have Bino but hold other specific crypto currencies may stake these Binopoly-approved currencies to the relevant primary workshop to begin farming primary materials.

3. For players who do not hold other specific crypto currencies must then purchase Bino from other players from various Bino-listed exchanges and stake it in primary workshops and begin farming.

Construction Material Processing

After players have farmed enough primary materials, it’s time to process them into building materials! Primary materials need to be transported to various factories which require a processing fee before processing primary materials into building materials.

However, the number of materials every factory can process at one time is limited. If all production lines are currently full, players will have to choose from the 3 following options:

1. Simply wait for the production to finish before processing new materials.

2. Switch to an idle factory. However, the number of factories available is also limited; if all factories are currently unavailable, then waiting for one to free up is the only option.

3. Players who own private land plots may build their own factories and choose whether to open the factory to other players and generate Bino from the fees (amount charged decided by the owner) or simply use it to process one’s own materials.

Different Materials have different processing time. Because our production lines are limited, material owner will have 5 mins after the process done to claim their construction material. After 5 mins anyone can help the material owner claim the construction material, the owner will receive 90% of the construction material and the player who help him will receive the rest 10%.

Building Permit

In addition to building materials, a building permit is also required to construct a property on land.

The number of building permits released each month will be determined by the Binopoly Team during the first six months of the game's operation, which after the game stabilizes after six months, this number will solely be determined by DAO systematics.

1. Players are required to first lock their BINO in the Bank through Solv Vouchers, setting a locking period, and staking the voucher to acquire building permits.

2. Investors of the seed round may participate in voucher staking to receive building permits before their vouchers are unlocked.

3. BINO-BUSD LP tokens may also be staked to receive building permits.

4. Mystery Boxes have a small chance of containing a building permit. Players can also obtain building permits from Community events as gifts and rewards.

Building Construction and Upgrade [Levels of Property] After accumulating enough building materials and obtaining permits, players can construct residential properties to passively generate Bino from rent. Properties can be constructed on all public and private land plots across the world.

Residential properties are divided into 6 categories, as listed below:

• wood cabins

• stone houses

• mansions

• manors

• skyscrapers

Each level of property requires one or more building permits and various amounts of each building material. Additionally, each level of property requires varying sizes of land to build, and higher level properties will begin to require Insurance Tokens before construction. Rental yields increase exponentially with each additional level.

Property Upgrades

Players who already own properties but want to upgrade them to a higher level, must demolish the original property before constructing a new one. Demolishing a property will return 50% of the construction materials required to build it whilst destroying all associated facade NFTs, Insurance Tokens, and permits.

Number of Property

In the world of Binopoly, players may build and construct properties on the 7 public land plots in every continent, as well as the other private land plots from each of the 7 continents. Public land plots do not have land size or number limitations.

Public land plots have an unlimited size therefore pose no size limitations to how many buildings can be constructed upon it, but only certain types of property may be constructed.
