Penguin Karts is an immersive 3D battle-racing game built on the Fantom blockchain.

Players can race against each other earning NFTs along the way that can be used in game or sold at the in-game marketplace. It even allows spectators to place bets on their favorite drivers in the Penguin e-Sports Lounge. In addition, the platform's player-friendly tokenomics strives to create a sustainable NFT economy by facilitating the exchange of NFTs and other digital collectibles in the Penguin Karts marketplace.

What is Penguin Karts?

Penguin Karts is a Play-to-Earn battle racing game, where drivers race against each other and compete for prizes and in-game swag. First, the 2D and 3D NFTs (3D NFT Mint upcoming April 2022) minted on Ethereum can be staked in our upcoming contract. Then players can claim their rewards in-game with playable NFTs in the form of Loot Boxes on the Fantom (FTM) chain. This transfer is made possible because both chains are EVM compatible.

What this does, is leverage the enormous user base and reach of the Ethereum ecosystem, while taking advantage of super low gas prices on Fantom and their active gaming ecosystem. All without complicated bridges.

For added excitement there will be an e-sports lounge where fans can place bets on their favorite drivers to take advantage of the wagering system built in.

Players race against each other in race heats with 4-8 members, or they will be able to join the winner take all demolition derby style matches.

Traders and NFT collectors can utilize the secondary marketplace to buy and sell NFTs.

In the future, Penguin Karts will be a place to bring your non crypto friends too. With a planned in Web2 connection that will be Free-to-Play Penguin Karts is designed to be an onboarding station to not only the metaverse, but blockchain as a whole.
