Overview

PaintSwap is a decentralized finance powerhouse, combining an open NFT marketplace with a decentralized exchange (AMM) on the ever-growing Fantom Opera Network. Offering Fantom-inclusive farming pairs, low trading fees, and a user-oriented experience, PaintSwap looks to enhance the definition of a decentralized exchange while pushing forward the utility and promise that is the Fantom Opera Network. Here's short list of different things you can do on PaintSwap:

• Buy, offer or bid on thousands of NFTs on the open marketplace

• Create your own NFT by uploading data or through the Studio, and put it up for sale

• Look through dozens of beautiful, curated collections

• Stake your BRUSH to earn more BRUSH on our staking pool

• Swap between FTM, USDC, BRUSH and many other tokens on our decentralized exchange

• Provide liquidity on our farms to earn fees and additional BRUSH

What is Farming

Farms provide additional incentives for users to hold an LP (liquidity pool) position that benefits the PaintSwap ecosystem, allowing other users to freely trade with high liquidity. Users are rewarded with $BRUSH, in amounts proportional to their staked amounts in the farms.

Farming in PaintSwap

To enter a farm, you need to hold LP tokens, which can be acquired by entering an LP position in the Liquidity page. Simply by having an LP, you will be earning LP trading fees of 3%. Afterwards, you can stake the LP tokens in the Farms page to earn $BRUSH rewards.

PaintSwap combines the premier NFT marketplace on the Fantom Opera Network with a decentralized exchange. To bring increased liquidity that stays here, the farms on our AMM must reflect our ecosystem and be inclusive of other Fantom projects.

Farms have a multiplier associated with them, which incentivize some farms over others. There is also a page for discontinued farms.

Eventually, the farms on PaintSwap will evolve with additional $BRUSH locking features and the BRUSHdao governance, but currently, they are managed by the PaintSwap team. New farms may be created for promising tokens with significant $BRUSH liquidity. Conversely, farms can be discontinued if the provided $BRUSH liquidity drops below our standards.

Our goal at PaintSwap Finance is to both provide competitive APRs for interested liquidity providers--thus creating a fantastic user experience with minimal slippage trades for the end-user--but also to create them in a structure that will allow for the sustainable, long-term growth of both our platform and the Fantom Opera Network at-large.

Staking

What is Staking

Staking is an alternative with lower risk and lower rewards than Farming, providing users the ability to generate rewards for simply having $BRUSH.

PaintSwap gives users the opportunity to take their $BRUSH received and make their money work for them. PaintSwap offers users a single-sided $BRUSH staking pool.

Main Features

PaintSwap's NFT marketplace provides the following features:

• Create your NFT from media you own, at a low cost. From JPEG to NFT in seconds, with support for metadata. Storage is managed through IPFS with reproducible ownership proofs. GIFs, video and even 3D formats are supported.

• NEW! Easily create your own NFT collection all on PaintSwap in the NFT Creator section

• Support for ERC2981 NFT royalties on-chain. Earn royalties on every sale of your minted NFT on PaintSwap.

• A marketplace to sell or auction any NFTs you own, not just the ones obtained through PaintSwap. Fantom's low gas costs allow the sale of low price NFTs.

• Featured collections, with additional optional royalties on all NFTs from the collection. NFT contract developers on Fantom now have a one-stop-shop to advertise and sell their collection.

• Discounts for owners of a copy of official PaintSwap NFTs.

• Fantom’s first secondary market supporting both ERC721 & ERC1155 NFTs. Mint or sell multiple of the same ERC1155 NFT without having separate entries.

• An API for other platforms to use and retrieve NFT ownership data.

• An explorer for any NFT on Fantom, and a "My Assets" page to view your own collection.
