Neural Pepe is an NFT art collectible project based on Binance Smart Chain and the first project in the Neural Meme family. It consists of 7,777 unique tokenized images of Pepe the Frog generated with a neural network. By holding a Neural Pepe, you accumulate k̶e̶k̶s̶ the AI token on a daily basis, which allows you to choose a name for your Pepe and vote for the next Neural Meme collection.

Neural Pepes were generated using the StyleGAN2 generative adversarial network. The dataset consisted of over 7,000 different Pepe the Frog arts. The final collection includes models of different iterations to make the result more diverse. Each Neural Pepe NFT has a set of traits of different rarity. All traits were assigned using custom-made classifiers and then double-checked manually.

Tokenomics

Neural Pepe (NP)

Neural Pepe (NP) is a BRC-721 token with a limited supply of 7,777 units. Each unit will be distributed during the Initial Pepe Offering. Each NP NFT earns approximately 420 AI (BRC-20) tokens every 180 days which can be claimed by the NFT’s owner. Each NP purchased during the public sale receives 420 AI tokens + 420 AI more as bonus if the purchase happened in the first 14 days of the public sale.

AI Token ($AI)

AI Token (AI) is a BRC-20 token which is gradually allocated to every Neural Pepe holder which can be used for renaming Neural Pepe NFTs, Neural Meme project governance and purchasing future NFT collections.

If you hold a Neural Pepe you can claim AI tokens accumulated by the NFT. If the NFT is transferred to another owner all AI unclaimed by the previous owner is still claimable by the new one.

Neural Pepe Renaming

Each Neural Pepe NFT can be renamed an unlimited number of times. Every name is recorded in the NP smart contract. Each renaming requires 420 AI tokens which get burnt in the process.

Renaming rules:

1) No name can be identical

2) There is a limit of 25 symbols (including spaces)

3) Uniqueness is case insensitive (i.e. «Satoshi» and «satoshi» are considered the same for the blockchain)

4) There are no leading or trailing «spaces»

5) Only alphanumeric symbols are eligible for us6)Used names become available immediately after the name of the NFT was changed

Governance

AI holders will be able to influence the future of the Neural Meme project by participating in the governance process.

Here is the list of the things which will be potentially decided upon by AI holders:

1) Characters of the future Neural Meme seasons

2) Distribution mechanics of the future Neural Meme seasons

3) AI total supply and emission

4) The future of Neural Pepe NFTs, if a part of them remains unsold

Will I be able to trade Neural Pepe right after the sale?

As far as NPs are BEP-721 tokens which can be freely transferred between wallets, it will be possible to trade them immediately. Initially, we’re going to rely on the 3rd party platforms such as WhaleCrate and Treasureland. However, we consider the possibility of creating our own marketplace, if they don’t fulfill our needs completely.

How do I know which Neural Pepe I would get?

You can’t know which Neural Pepe you’re buying as the public sale is conducted in a blind mode. It means you’ll be able to see the image and traits of your Pepe only after the reveal event. All Neural Pepe will be assigned to their NFT entities using random on-chain mechanisms. If you’re buying NP after the reveal event, you’ll be able to see which Pepe are still in the pool, but you will not know which of them you would get exactly.

How do I know how rare my Neural Pepe is?

Each NP has a set of traits which will be visible after the reveal event. So, it will be possible to determine the initial rarity based on these traits. However, not all traits will be highlighted and some of them are to be discovered by the community. What is more, some NPs will contain hidden traits and easter eggs.

Can two or more Neural Pepe have the same name?

No. If there is an NP named Donald Trump the only way to assign this name to another NP is to rename the original owner of this name. The renaming is not case sensitive, so “Donald Trump” and “donald trump” will be considered the same name. However, “D0nald Trump” with a “0” instead of “O” will be perceived as a different name.
